23 March 2012 Fact is incomplete, however generally it comes under advt. contract and rate is 1% if paid to individual or huf and in all other case rate is 2%

24 March 2012 suppose a milk marketing company has given an order to a vendor for printing leaflets for an Anti Loose Milk Campaign and the same expenses are shown by them under the head Sales Promotion Expenses.
so what will be the applicability of TDS in the said case??
