If proprietor has only rent income exceeding rs. 25 lacs should he fall under Tax Audit?

If a person is in business then only propritor or partner words are used. if he is getting only house property income then he can file with out audit. Since tax audit limit is above 1 crore for business and for profession above 25 lakhs.
