Section 165 of Companies Act 2013 specifies the number of directorships to be held by a director including alternate director. Will this limit apply to person appointed as an additional director?

yes, additional director will be included in the limit of Directorship to be held by a person u/s 165 of Companies Act, 2013.

Yes Additional Director as well as Alternate Director is Included in Limit Specified by Sec 165(1) of Companies Act, 2013.
