Dear Sir/Mam,
One of my friend is having the repairing business of cars, he does NOT sell any spare parts along with repair, i want to know whether his repairing service business will be able to take the advantage of sec. 44AD as per recent amendments

44AD is applicable only for trading companies. He cannot avail 44AD. The act is clear here.
