My firm works as a forwarding agent of goods/cargos, ot produceders/manufacturers, it just work as an intermeditori between producers and shipping line. Is it liable to pay s.tax?

Now, under Negative List Mechanism, all services except mentioned under negative list and those notified under Mega Exemption Notification are subject to ST. So your firm is definitely subject to Service Tax....
