applicability of PF scheme

Dear all,
In a company there are 120 employees among them 5 employees don't want PF. is it possible to make like that? if yes under which provision/section..............

Company has to deduct and deposit of every employee. The mployeee has no power to chose unless the employee is more than 58 years of age.

Thank you sir but company is saying if an employee's Basic + DA is more than Rs.6500 while joining then PF is optional to that employee.Is it correct?
