Hi,
Can any body throw light on the following issue:-
When a staff of Bank takes a education loan from his employer bank, but it is given on interest rate which is as applicable to general public without any interest concession, then whether perquisite calculation for the purpose of income tax is applicable or not.

In this particular circumstances no perks attract.Hence no Income tax applicable.
