When the new syllabus of final is applicable??

Nov 09 is the last exam of CA-Final (Old course).
Thereafter, all old course students compulsorily have to give ca final exam of new syllabus only.

At that time it is also Applicale. but it is compulsory from may.09 if no change by the institute.
