26 November 2017 Hello Sir/ Madam,

I am dealing in goods upon which GST rate before 15/11/2017 was 28% and after the date GST rate reduced to 18%.
So, after 15/11/2017 shall I issue invoice @ 18% or 28%.
I have received those goods before 15/11/2017. Invoice date is before 15/11/2017 and payment is also made before 15/11/2017.

26 November 2017 before 15th of november the rate of duty will be applicable at the rate of 28% and after 15th 18%.

26 November 2017 it means i can charge GST @ 18 % in sales invoice on stock which is bought before 15/11/2017 on which GST was 28 % before 15/11/2017.
