Applicability of Form No 17

30 April 2009 Till date Form No. 17 C has not been uploaded on the site. Do we need to wait till 7-5-09 which is the last date for paying TDS deducted from April 09 earnings or pay under existing challan No. 281. It should not happen that at a later date it becomes a problem for us or a query is raised from the IT dept.

Pl. advise.
