14 December 2013 A has to remit, Tution Fee in USD 7500/- for studies of his son, to SP Jain School of Global Management to Dubai.

a) Whether form 15CB is applicable?

b) If Yes whether TDS is deductable and what
rate?

c) If exempted then under which section.
