i want to know wether provisions of As 15 regarding acturial valuation are applicable on pvt ltd companies which doesnot completed 5 years of extitance

AS 15 does not given any exemption regarding applicability to only certain class of companies.
Its mandatory to follow AS 15 eventhough the company has not completed 5years of service.
