Applicability for 80 g certificate

10 April 2012 We have religious trust, in which certain religeous prg.kept, trust do honor for senior citizen, token of love to student for good marks.
And now that trust want to collect some funds for construction work of trust. so are we able for 80 G certificate, to give tax deduction to the donor.

10 April 2012 U need to approach to Income tax department for applying eligibilty u/s 80G in prescribed forms. If the Income tax department with the details, then they will grant u certificate u/s 80G which u can provide to ur prospective donors so that they can claim deduction.
