I Have a problem & I want to discuss on Matter
CA Final Attempt in NOV 2010.
Articleship finish on 21 May 2010.
Can i apply for NCFM Papers before 21 May 2010 & Will I have to ask for an approval from Board of Studies of ICAI.

You may apply for NCFM Papers, as it is not a regular course, but you have to take leave for the same day, from articleship, when you are going to give paper.
One more thing, you also can't use your NCFM Certificate for broker terminal or otherwise during you articleship, because both are regular and can not use both (articleship and brokership terminal) at same time.
