Appeal when there is change in office to other state

My client has changed its Regd Office from Haryana to Delhi.

Now in which state we have to file the appeal against the CIT order.

Please guide in which state we have to file the appeal although order was passed by Haryana CIT.

02 May 2019 Your Demand Notice will contain the address and range of CIT(Appeal) to which Appeal may be filed. In case of change in state, you should first apply for change in PAN and then request the above CIT(Appeal) to transfer the case to Delhi.
