if we have got the notice for demand for incame tax
and we are appealing for the notice
there is any thing we require to give for the tax or without giving the demand we can get appeal for the notic

You can file appeal withot paying any Income Tax Demand. There is nothing writeen in the law for payment of demand before filing the appeal. But the department may insist to pay at at least 50% of the demand. That depends on ward to ward and assessing officer.
