12 August 2025 Here is a basic AOP (Association of Persons) Deed format specifically tailored for the purpose of Temple Kumbabishekam, to help you open and operate a bank account in the name of the organizing committee.

This Deed of Association of Persons (AOP) is made on this ___ day of __________, 2025, at ______________________.
1. Name of the Association
The name of the Association shall be:
“[Temple Name] Kumbabishekam Committee”

The registered address of the AOP shall be:
3. Purpose of the AOP
The main objective of this AOP is to organize, collect funds for, and conduct the Kumbabishekam (Consecration Ceremony) of [Temple Name], including related cultural and religious activities.
4. Members
The following individuals shall constitute the members of the Association:

(Minimum 3 members are advisable for bank account operations.)
5. Powers and Duties
To collect voluntary donations and contributions.
To spend the funds solely for the purposes of Kumbabishekam and related religious activities.
