10 October 2015 Hello Sir,

can anybody Guide me about MGT-7 is it Compulsory Signed by CS?

I Refered law but it provides that for Small Company it is not Require.

But in the E-form if we want put Signing by CS then Form want get 'Check Form'

So please Guide on the said Matter.
