17 March 2012 Hello Experts,

Can someone please provide me a draft copy of an AOA and MOA for a PVT LTD BPO.

I found quite a few drafts for public limited companies but as I understand, that cannot be used for a PVT LTD CO.

17 March 2012 Dear friend, the MOA & AOA are generally the same for every company provided there is change in their main Object Clause. Now you can incorporate following Main Object Clause in your MOA for BOP

Here is my situation. I had formed a Public Limited Company with BPO as its business 3 years back. Due to some reasons I had to exit from it. I have the AOA and MOA for that company but that was a PUBLIC LTD CO. So I think I cannot use it for a PVT LTD CO right?

I am now planning to open a new company but this time I want it to be a PVT LTD CO. That is the reason I am looking for a full draft of AOA and MOA for a PVT LTD CO which would do BPO business.

All inputs regarding this are appreciated.

17 March 2012 I agree with the exerts as copy paste may harm the company. You should try to draft the same as per the requirement of the company and a stereo type model
