22 June 2011 Dear Sir,

We have purchase anti virus software Rs.65000/-. we need to deduct TDS or not (TDS persantage and Section code). Please Guide me.

As you are saying you have purchased an anti virus software. In normal course of business it is a sale/purchase transaction. So you dont need to deduct any kind of tax.
