Annexure 19 is statement to be submitted by the assessee regarding exports made by him during the month (under without payment of duty)for which proof of export is to be submitted for getting the admission of proof of export from the department.
CT3 It is a form of certificate to obtain goods from the mfr without payment of excise duty by producing this form. But this is applicable only for specific industries such as EOU, SEZ, etc. This form is given by the central excise dept and monitored at both end viz mfr and end user.
ARE1. It is an Application form for removal of excisable goods for export by (Air/Sea/Post/Land)* by the exporter.
