One of My Client has deduted TDS on Interest on Unsecured Loan during March 2014, Only one TDS Return has been filed during April 2014, Whether he is required to File any Annual TDS Return also or it is sufficient as filed ?

19 January 2015 There is no annual TDS return now. It is also not compulsory to file Nil return. In case any notice is received for previous quarters just file nil returns by mentioning the same code.
