What is the procedure for filing the annual TDS return ?

The system of filing an annual TDS return has been done away with. The deductors are not required to file TDS statements on a quarterly basis and in electronic format. Log on https://tin.nsdl.com for further details.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, deductor is required to file TDS statements on a quarterly basis in the electronic format & Manually as the case may be.
But i want to know whether any annual return for TDS is required or not by the deductor.
