Annual return for FY 2014 is to be made according to old act or new act?
My Company's financial year is January 2014 to December 2014.
We have made accounts and board report also as per old act(1956)

We have made accounts and board report also as per old act(1956)

For FY 2014 it is to be made in old format.
And For FY 2015 it will be in new format i.e. (MGT 7).
And For FY 2015 it will be in new format i.e. (MGT 7).
