dear expert.... my client not filled annual return and form 23ac,66 for the fy 2009-10,2010-11,2011-12. pls tell me normal fee with additional fee to be paid. if i have option then what is. thanks

Sir/Madam,
Filing fees depends on the Authorized Share Capital of the Company. Below are the slabs:
1)Authorized Capital - From Rs. 1 Lac to Rs. 4,99,999/- - Rs. 200/-
2) Authorized Capital - From Rs. 5 Lacs to Rs. 24,99,999/- - Rs. 300/-
3) Authorized Capital - Rs. 25 Lacs and above - Rs. 500/-
The amount of penalty in your case will be nine times of the normal fee. So, in all you have to pay 10 times (normal fee plus nine times penalty).
