I HAVE CONVERTED PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY INTO LLP ON JULY 2014 AND FEBRUARY 2015. WHAT IS THE DUE DATE OF FILLING ANNUAL RETURN AND WHICH RETURN I WILL HAVE TO FILE.

16 May 2015 In case of July 2014 financial year of LLP will July 2014 to March 2015, In that case you have to file form 11LLP within 60 days from close of the financial year i.e. 30 May 2015 and form 8 within 30 days from the end of 6 months of the financial year i.e. 30 October 2015

In case of February 2015, financial year may be either Feb 15 to March 15 or Feb 15 to March 16.
If you are opting Feb 15 to March 16 then you have to file form 11LLP within 60 days from close of the financial year i.e. 30 May 2016 and form 8 within 30 days from the end of 6 months of the financial year i.e. 30 October 2016

BUT IF INCORPORATION DATE IS FEBRUARY 2015 WHAT IS THE LAW FOR TAKING FINANCIAL YEAR FOR FILLING FORM 11.

18 May 2015 In case LLP has been incorporated on or after 1st October of financial year, then LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March i.e. LLP files its first financial year details for 18 months.
