Greetings of the day to all experts!!!
A Pvt Ltd co. has not filed annual return for 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15 but it wants to file annual return for 2015-16. Can it do so.
A Pvt Ltd co. has not filed annual return for 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15 but it wants to file annual return for 2015-16. Can it do so.

it can file the return for this year but will be requiring SRN of the form filed in the earlier year also. Thus the company has to file all the previous returns also.
