Please arrange for any annual report from any person dealing in shares and securities. They get annual reports.

Further, you may also visit websites of compnaies wherein they display their annual reports.

and interpret it.

Actually its a very lengthy process. U need to study ratio analyses.

09 July 2008 I have gone through ur profile. You are a CA final Student and must have read Ratio Analysis. You should also analyse the Annual Reports critically and establish the trend of profitability, Turnover, Dividends, price movement of stock and the matters discussed in the Corporate Governance Report. Moreover, you should read the various reports and recommendations of Securities Research Analysts available at various sites of Capital Market. All this will help you in interpreting the various issues and arriving at a correct Investment Decision.
