05 August 2010 Is it complusary for unlisted public company to prepare and show report on corporate Governance and report on corporate Social Resposibility in annual report?

Pls give the containts of annual report required for unlisted public company?

05 August 2010 No as there is no such requirement in the Companies Act. The requirements only stem from SEBI guidelines which do not apply to an unlisted company
