Annual Membership Fees

Dear Experts,
I have cleared my CA this Nov 2010. In the membership application form it is asking for Annual Membership fee 600 for the year (I need to fill up the year )
My doubt is whether I should pay the membership fees for the current year (2010-11 )or I need to fill it as 2011-12 ?
And also can I send the application for Identity Card by keeping the membership number column blank, along with the membership application form?

Membership fee is for the year 2010-11.
Yes, you may send the application form for IC with the application for membership.
