07 October 2015 ABC PVT LTD Company incorporated on 08/08/2013 but its books of accounts and income tax return for F.Y 2013-14 and F.Y 2014-15 filed on 30/09/2015. Now can it convene Annual general meeting for two years on same date? what are the provision attracted For convening a AGM by a private limited Company?

07 October 2015 You cannot convene the board meeting based on income tax filed dates. Both are separate. You cannot hold 2 AGM on same date.
