Annual filing when one director died without valid din

A company incorporated in the year 1999 with Father and elder son. His younger son was appointed in the year 2010. The company is in default of filing annual forms with roc from 2009. One of the promoter is died recently. He has no valid din also. We faced problem of filing form 20B. What is the remedy. Please help.

Rest of the 2 directors have DIN means. Just write a note in the Annexure i.e Sch V, below the present directors, that the person has been died and he does not have a din.

But the problem we faced to file form 20B for the year 2009, because 2 directors din should be entered in the form. At that time only one director have valid din. What is the remedy? Please help.

Put the present directors DIN.
