Dear sir, we need to file annual filing for the year 2013-14, what are the forms applicable sir is it 23AC, 23ACA & 20B OR AOC-4 & MGT-7.

Form will be 20B, 23AC and ACA, You can not use new forms MGT-7 amd AOC- 4 for filling for FY before 2015. The said form will be notified by MCA in soon.
