19 April 2013 Kindly appreciate the first financial year of your company would be from March 23, 2012 to March 31, 2013 i.e. a period of 1 year and 08 days.

As per section 210(1) you can hold first AGM of your company till December 31, 2013. Further you have to file form 23AC and 23ACA within 30 days of holding AGM.

So nothing is required to be filed in 2012. Hope it is clear now.
