Dear All,
we are in manufacturing co. and intended to export our fg outside India. How can we procure excise duty free inputs for our FG ? What procedure to be follow for the same ?
Our finla product is under chpt 84 and notf 12/2012 at sr. no. 40

A manufacturer of export goods can get his inputs without payment of central excise duty under rule 19(2) of central excise rule 2002. Input-output ratio should be informed to Assistant/Deputy commissioner, goods can be procured without payment of duty by following procedure prescribed under central excise rule.
