Amount to be trf to nri in foreign country

An NRI wants to tranfer his amount from his normal bank account to America. Assessee has sold some of his property and deposit the amount in the Bank. Bank is demanding Form 15CB duly signed by a Chartered Accountant. What documents are required, on the basis of which a certificate can be issued.

For Form 15cb,documents of relevance to prove the sale transaction may be sufficient i.e., sale deed, conformation from buyer etc.,

Sir, also you need to upload form 15ca on income tax site.
