A private company has planned to increase its authorised share capital by 5,00,000, i.e, it will amount to 10,00,000 after such increase

QUERY
what is the amount of fee to be paid to MCA for such increase in the authorised capital?

05 March 2014 For increase in authorized share capital by Rs. 5 lac the ROC fees will be Rs. 10,000/-.
