Are there any ammendments applicable for ipcc in November 2013??

yes u can get them once icai releases RTP for nov'2013.

the above link does not include ammendments applicable for ipcc nov'2013 for the period 1.11.2012-30.4.2013, so wait for RTP nov 2013 to be issued by icai within 1 week or 10 days.
