Do we need to amend the article of association (AOA) as per new Companies Act-2013, of earlier companies who had Old AOA as per Companies Act-1956. Is this Mandatory to Private or public Companies.
I hope my query will be solved soon.

It is not mandatory to adopt new AOA.
