28 July 2020 Whether school having gross receipts below Rs. 1 Cr. which were exempt earlier U/s 10(23C)(iiiad) without any registration, are required to apply for registration U/s 12AB ??

28 July 2020 Yes, it is mandatory now, to get registered u/s 12AB.
All those educational institutions which were registered earlier u/s 10(23C) or otherwise claiming exemption without registration are compulsorily required to get registration u/s 12AB.
