I want to whether there is any amendment in Competition Act...if yes, what are those amendments & are they applicable for CA Final Nov2009 attempt??????

There is no amendments in competition act to aafect CA final 2009 session. Only thing which you should remember is MRTP act has been repealed from 1st Sept 2009 by a notification on 28th Aug. So now competition act will govern the law in entirety.
