18 March 2017 Amalgamation means two company merge there resources for cenergy advantages..
but it wii how took place.(methods like marger,absorption etc.)
Likewise merger absopsion...

18 March 2017 Basically in amalgamation there is accumulation of assets and liabilities of both entities. You may refer Section 232 of Companies Act, 2013 for legal angle.
