which Clause of AOA should be mentioned for passing special resolution for change of Name of the company.

Apologies!!
For change of Name of Company, both MOA and AOA shall be altered. First Clause of MOA and
For AOA
We write on the top of the AOA, name of the Company so it should be altered. Apart form this we mention in AOA that, The Company here means: ABC Pvt Ltd, So as per my view it should be altered. this is generally written under Clause 2(1)(a) of AOA.
