Can we add the New Director name in the Article of Association. And also can we remove the First Director name from an AOA

No, we cannot make any alteration in AOA regarding the appointment of new director. coz it is very clearly mentioned in AOA as 'First Director'. and you also cannot remove the name of first director in AOA.
