19 January 2016 whether alteration in the AOA will require and how such change will be effected whether by passing the Board resolution or by passing Special resolution

20 January 2016 So it means we can alter the authorised capital merely by passing the Ordinary resolution ??????

20 January 2016 Alteration of AOA always requires Special Resolution.
In case of alteration of MOA with respect to Capital Clause, Ordinary resolution is sufficient.
