Almost after 5 year want to pay tax return.

Hello Experts,
I had a income tax file opened at my home place (Patna). then i came Delhi for job, there i opened a new file,Coz i have some complicated problems in my old file, so instead to solve problem,i opened new one.
now after Delhi, i am working at Doha (Gulf). Here all Incomes are tax free and i am sending my savings to India in fix deposit at my home town (Patna).
As i didn't know what should i do, so i didn't fill the return since 5 years. every month my FD's interest had been deducted becoz of unfilled Income tax return.
now after changes in NRE interest rules, i am planning to convert my account into NRE.
but for re-earned my debited interest, i have to fill my income tax return file.
so please suggest me what should i do to fill-up my tax (online/normal) without facing any problem???
Should i fill up by my new file (which had been opened in New Delhi)??

You should not face any problem, as you have PAN which is all India recognised and it can migrate anywhere in India.
