Dear Sir,- My Problem :-
We raised bill to "A". A provides its services to "B".
Our organization do not have any connection with "B".
So if instead of A, B paid our bill on behalf of A, Will there be any problem under IT as we have not raised any bill to B & these kind of transaction may incur number of times during year.
Pls explain consequence of these trans.

There will not be any problem. But u need to obtain a consent letters from both A & B to the effect that B has paid the amount on behalf of A against the dues by A to u in order to substantiate both audit and IT.
