pls ans my Small Que.:Loss due to permanent Demunition in the value of investment whether allowable as exps.If yes Under Which HEad.............And Also Ans. HOw We Can ascertain that there is permanent demunition ????????

Permanent dimunition is not passed through P&L a/c.
there should be concrete evidence of permanent demunition such as involvency of company or continuous cash losses etc.
