14 September 2011 Can unlisted Public limited company allot shares at one allotmnet to 50 new memebers?

can unlisted public limited company approve 500 transfer of shares in one meeting?

Is there any limit in co. law or other for allotment i.e. allottee should not be greater than 50 in one allotment???
or
Is there any limit for approving transfer in one meeting in co. law or any other law?

If there are provisions of such limit in which law it is mentioned?
