23 August 2010 Dear Experts,

I would like to know that whether there is any limitation of time within which Allotment of Shares is to be made from the date of application of Shares. (i.e. whether we are required to allot shares within 30 days from the date of receipt of application).
Secondly, whether List of Allotees which is submitted alongwith Form 2 is required to be certified by CA or director etc.

23 August 2010 There is no time limit as such but allotment should ideally be done within six months from the date of application.

24 August 2010 List of allottees which is attached is certified by the director of the company.

Form 2 is to be certified by a CA, CS or ICWA in whole time practice.

and ca has certified list of allotte and the form has approoved by roc.

24 August 2010 Once we had filed without signature of any person and we had got a query from ROC that list of allottees not certified by director and hence from that time we are filing list of allotees being certified by the director only.

25 August 2010 List of allotee is not required to be certified by any professional like CA or CS etc...for sure.

Certification of director is enough.
